Terms of Service

This Terms of Service document ("TOS") governs the use of Athletic Force products available on the athleticforce1.com website (the "Site") or through the Athletic Force mobile application. Throughout this TOS, "we" and "us" refer to Athletic Force, and "you" refers to the user or customer. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by this TOS. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not use the Site.

Limitation on Use

Under this TOS, you are authorized to use the Site solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. By accessing and using the Site, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and abide by its terms.

Eligibility to Use the Site

Athletic Force products are intended for use by adults and youths, with purchases limited to adults who can pay using a credit card or other approved payment methods. Users under the age of 18 may only use the Site with parental or guardian involvement. Parents or guardians who accept this TOS on behalf of minors are responsible for ensuring full compliance with its terms, including any financial obligations.

Order Information

By submitting Order Information via the Site, you grant Athletic Force a non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, perform, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such Order Information. This includes using and disclosing the information for marketing purposes and in aggregate form for benchmarking and product/service improvements.

Product Descriptions

Athletic Force strives for accuracy in product descriptions but does not warrant that all content on the Site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product does not match its description, your sole remedy is to return it under Athletic Force's applicable refund policy. Orders Processing & Pricing

The total price for purchases on the Site depends on various factors, including customization requests and shipping address. You must review your order details carefully, including total purchase price and individual item prices, before submitting your order. Taxes

Payment

Athletic Force accepts standard credit cards for payment upon order acceptance. Due to the customized nature of some orders, your credit card is charged at the time of order acceptance.

Title and Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss for items purchased on the Site pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
